  • How can I send you photos for my custom Em Broidery?
    • Send an email to emmyjsanders@gmail.com with any important photos or information you would like included on your hoop.
  • There isn't a listing for what I'd like to purchase. Can I still buy something from you?
    • Of course! Please email me to have a custom listing made for you. 
  • When can I expect my hoop?
    • Custom order turn-around is currently three weeks. For keychains, earrings, and other general hoops, it is a one week processing time.
  • HELP! I need to get my hoop ASAP! Can you push my order to the front of the line?!
    • Yes, but you will need to purchase the "Speed Stitch" ticket available in my shop. This is not a physical product, but this secures your hoop to be delivered on-time. Please note that this does not account for shipping time, only in how quickly I design and stitch your custom piece! 
  • I need gift wrapping added to my order. How can I do that?
    • Please email me to have a "Gift wrapping" option included for a small fee.
