How can I send you photos for my custom Em Broidery?

Send an email to embroiderystitchco@gmail.com with any important photos or information you would like included on your hoop.

There isn't a listing for what I'd like to purchase. Can I still buy something from you?

Of course! Please email me to have a custom listing made for you.

When can I expect my hoop?

Custom order turn-around is currently three weeks. For keychains, earrings, and other general hoops, it is a one week processing time.

HELP! I need to get my hoop ASAP! Can you push my order to the front of the line?!

Yes, but you will need to purchase the "Speed Stitch" ticket available in my shop. This is not a physical product, but this secures your hoop to be delivered on-time. Please note that this does not account for shipping time, only in how quickly I design and stitch your custom piece!

I need gift wrapping added to my order. How can I do that?

Please email me to have a "Gift wrapping" option included for a small fee.
